While I know that the staff misses me calling everyday, they ALWAYS helped me.I have multiple insurance needs and they fulfill them all. I am most impressed with how they helped my wife get insurance for her business and the depth at which their staff, especially Jeanette and Mike, covered my wife for everything that her business needed, and explained the details of our coverage. We still come across questions and they always have anwsers. One piece of advise for auto insurance, pay extra for uninsured motorists. As a line item it is not necessary, but for the small fee the coverage is so worth it. There are many who drive with lapsed insurance. Back on point of service, J.A Faccibene & Associates are the best insurance agent I have ever worked with.
