Our sales development program is specifically designed for recent college graduates who are looking to start rewarding and successful careers in the insurance agency. All sales representatives will receive a customized training and development plan that outlines the hands-on sales training along with insurance education. Each representative will work closely with a dedicated sales manager to ensure that they are learning the insurance business as well as being the best sales person in our office. Our goal is to bring talented newcomers in J.A. Faccibene & Associates, Inc. and to start them on a productive and rewarding career in our industry.
