“As Vice President of Operations for J.A. Faccibene & Associates, it is my responsibility to ensure that clients receive the insurance protection they need and to support clients in achieving their business goals. I use my three decades of experience and industry knowledge to implement insurance strategies to reduce risk exposure. It is our goal to develop effective protection plans with the proper insurance to cover each business’s specific requirements. Our approach allows us to provide more comprehensive coverage at the same or lower rate that a client had been paying previously.

I oversee client relationships and onboarding of new accounts. I manage loss control and work with clients to create a culture of workplace safety. My team and I proactively work with clients to make facilities safer by bringing in safety improvement programs to reduce hazards and exposure to risk. These actions reduce accidents and claims, which controls long-term insurance costs and minimizes rate increases.

My position with the firm allows me to meet and communicate regularly with our clients and build relationships. I often become a trusted insurance and business advisor, providing information and support whenever possible.

The agency has clients from a variety of business sectors: beauty, health care, bakeries, manufacturing and hospitality. For these clients we seek to remove or transfer risk whenever possible. By doing this, we minimize exposure and reduce insurance costs.

Our goal for customer service is to exceed expectations.  Clients work with us because the insurance protection we provide gives them peace of mind.

I am an avid outdoor enthusiast: I enjoy boating and spending time in the outdoors with my family. I serve on the board of directors of my local fishing club.
